Conselling Department

Proverbs 11:14. “Where there is no guidance, a people falls, but in an abundance of counselors there is safety.”.

The counseling and follow-up of newcomers department in living waters assembly is dedicated to welcoming and supporting individuals who are new to our congregation. Our goal is to ensure that newcomers feel embraced, valued, and connected to the church community from their very first visit.

Our primary objective is to provide personalized support and guidance to newcomers as they navigate their journey of faith and integration into our church family. We understand that transitioning to a new church can be both exciting and challenging, and our department aims to ease this process by offering compassionate counseling and ongoing follow-up care.

Key objectives of our counseling and follow-up of newcomers in living waters assembly include:

1. Welcoming newcomers with warmth and hospitality, making them feel valued and accepted within our church community.

2. Providing personalized counseling sessions to address any questions, concerns, or spiritual needs that newcomers may have.

3. Offering ongoing follow-up support to newcomers through regular check-ins, invitations to church events, and opportunities for fellowship and connection.

4. Equipping newcomers with resources and information about our church’s ministries, programs, and opportunities for involvement.

5. Facilitating connections between newcomers and existing members of the congregation, fostering a sense of belonging and camaraderie within our church family.

6. Ensuring that newcomers have access to pastoral care and spiritual guidance as they explore their faith journey within our church community.

Through our counseling and follow-up efforts, we strive to create a welcoming and nurturing environment where newcomers can find encouragement, support, and spiritual growth as they become an integral part of our church family.
